Heidi Nequist has been married to her husband, Greg, for 31 years. Together, they have five children:  Cori, Danielle, Benjamin, Nathan, and Abby. They have one granddaughter, Amelia. 

Heidi has been writing for decades but has recently begun sharing her thoughts. Her first official publication was a children's book, "The Day Bubbles Came Home."  Check out our online store or Amazon to get your copy!  Her blog has been where she has shared from her heart, and her most recent posts about the rescues are now on our Muddy Boots blog. 

Heidi loves to open her farm to broken or hurting horses and to those who need the healing and love that a horse can offer.

Heidi is also a Realtor, licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and co-lead of The Cammy and Heidi Team with Compass RE.  Cammy Jamison, Heidi's best friend, is also her business partner.  Muddy Boots has become their charity of choice for all of their events. Muddy Boots is so thankful for the support and dedication!
